Return Policy

First of all, baby baby cool would like to thank you for your support. When you receive the item, please check immediately for any defects.

If there is a product problem or any return request, please keep the product intact during the 7-day appreciation period from the date of arrival.

You can contact us through message function on our website, we will have someone to assist you in the return process.


If the 7-day appreciation period is exceeded, we will not be able to accept the return.

We won’t accept goods for return if :

1. The delay of 7 days after purchase has been exceeded 

2. The product has been washed or the accessories are missing.

3. Exchange is limited to the same item



Return process

1. Please contact us through the message function on our website and let us know which product you would like to return. If there is any defect on the product, please provide the product photo

2. After confirmation, we will give you the return address. If the goods are packaged, they must remain intact.

3. Complete the package and include the invoice back to baby baby cool

4. After we receive the goods and confirm, we can return the service (about 3-5 working days, excluding holidays)

5. Once the return request is confirmed, please make sure your contact number is correct and we will send a reminder email. Please confirm that the contact information you left on this website is correct.

Refund method

1. When your return request is established, we will help you with the refund process after receiving the returned goods.

2. If you pay by credit card, we will cancel the call; if you use ATM transfer, we will cancel the transfer. Due to the different refund specifications for each bank, please contact your card-issuing bank for the specific refund time.

3. For online ATM, physical ATM and 7-11 pick-up payers, you need to provide the bank account for the payment. The refund will be deducted of 15 yuan.


Precautions

1. Return shipping costs are at the consumer's expense

2. If the product itself has a defect, baby baby cool will cover the exchange postage fee

3. The exchange service is only for the exchange of goods between the same item when there is a problem with the goods.

4. According to the rules of the Consumers Association, the 7-day appreciation period of the product is not a trial period, so the returned goods must be kept in a new unused state.

5. If you purchase more than one item at a time, simply return the item you want to return with the invoice.
